Striatini with durum wheat semolina

A special recipe with durum wheat semolina flour.
The result is a crunchy, crumbly breadstick, a source of fibre with a flavour that is reminiscent of focaccia crust, just out of the oven.

Type “0” soft wheat flour, durum wheat semolina (30%), olive oil (11%), brewer’s yeast, salt, malted wheat flour. It contains gluten. It may contain sesame seeds, soya.
