The breadstick maker, PANEALBA, founded by Mr Aldo Tesio, was established in 1982 in Verduno, in the North West of Italy.

What had been a small artisan enterprise was transformed over time into one of the most authentic expressions of Made in Italy, not just nationally but throughout the world.

No approaching our fortieth anniversary, we daily take out of the oven aromatic and crumbly goodness with various flavours and formats to satisfy even the most demanding palates.

We produce more than 50 proprietary products, from our famous Breadsticks to Croutons and savoury Crackers, the latest novelties from Panealba. Goodness that comes from a unique processing method – up to 72 hours of leavening – and the great authenticity of the raw materials.

With the launch of the new factory, we experimented with the use of 4.0 technologies, in which the age-old Piedmont tradition is merged with innovation. This is PANEALBA’s secret, a brand that has never ceased looking ahead without losing sight of the most important ingredients: genuine authenticity.
