The breadstick maker, PANEALBA, founded by Mr Aldo Tesio, was established in 1982 in Verduno, in the North West of Italy.<\/p>\n

What had been a small artisan enterprise was transformed over time into one of the most authentic expressions of Made in Italy, not just nationally but throughout the world.<\/p>\n

We produce more than 50 proprietary products, from our famous Breadsticks to Croutons and savoury Crackers, the latest novelties from Panealba. Goodness that comes from a unique processing method \u2013 up to 72 hours of leavening \u2013 and the great authenticity of the raw materials.<\/p>\n

With the launch of the new factory, we experimented with the use of 4.0 technologies, in which the age-old Piedmont tradition is merged with innovation.
